[TYPO3-english] Wincache backend

Hi Gorosito,

there are also cache configurations for extbase and workspaces.
The initialization seems to have changed since 4.5 (just had a look at
workspaces in 4.7), so it looks like this should work now without any
"hacks" from the localconf.php, but at least in 4.5 i needed an extra
extension to change their backends.
