[TYPO3-english] issue about sharing extension

Hi,

I have several typo3 sites on my domain. I am trying to change a picture on
A site, but after I changed the picture on A site, I see the picture on
other sites(B, C, D...) also changed. This picture is in one extension
folder: typo3conf/ext/prayer/res, so I think somehow all the typo3 sites
share this extension folder. So if I just want to change picture on A site,
how chould I do? Thanks.
