[TYPO3-english] how to make extension

Kickstarter is an extension that allows you to set up the initial values
(tables, plugins) in a GUI interface. To use it, download the extension,
install it, then you will have the option in the extension manager to
'Create new Extension' in the same dropdown that has 'Loaded extensions',
'Install extensions' etc.
