[TYPO3-english] remove openPic and jQuery

Hi Erich

Xou can uncheck the checkbox in t3jquery which says to put jquery on every page.

also you can define pages where Jquery should not be included in t3jquery configuration settings.

or deinstall t3jquery if you don't need it.
