[TYPO3-english] EM 6.0: Unusuable for production sites?

Why? What's the drawback to have it in a distant extension? Installing
extensions is so easy - is that 20sec time saving not worth it?

Having the upload functionality in an extension has quite some benefits
- especially when it comes to API changes in the TER - in the past this
was not possible (and didn't happen) because a TYPO3 release was needed
and old releases could not be upgraded.
