[TYPO3-english] Form action corrupt

Hi List!

I have a problem with the form action of powermail. But it this must not 
be a problem of powermail.

I'm using T3 v6.0.0alpha3 and the latest powermail version on two sites. 
On the one it works on the other not and I don't find the solution.

The problem:
On both sites the action looks like this in the source:

action="kontakt.html?tx_powermail_pi1%5Baction%5D=create&tx_powermail_pi1%5Bcontroller%5D=Forms&cHash=3735282a256a25525fc29e5325b62097"

Looks good.

But when the form is submited I get the following URL (in the address 
bar) on the site where it don't works:

kontakt.html?tx_powermail_pi1%255Baction%255D=create&tx_powermail_pi1%255Bcontroller%255D=Forms&cHash=3735282a256a25525fc29e5325b62097

There must something happens with the URL. On the site where it works:

kontakt.html?tx_powermail_pi1[action]=create&tx_powermail_pi1[controller]=Forms&cHash=3735282a256a25525fc29e5325b62097

The validator.w3.org gives me a valid HTML.

On both sites all includes (JS and CSS) of powermail are removed.

Have someone seen this behaviour ever?
