[TYPO3-english] Unable to update language packages within extension manager

Try to select the typo3.org server instead of a random mirror prior to 
updating the languages.

Unfortunately this error massage could be the result of almost any error 
during the fetching process. So you would need to debug to really find out 
where it breaks.
