Hi Anna,

the file must be also licensed under GPL, thus you have to include the
license statement (because of GPL being a "viral" license).

I wouldn't say that it has to be in a special format, especially as
it's not TYPO3's copyright, but yours!
Keep in mind that you mustn't only deliver the compiled swf file, but
also the source file.
