[TYPO3-english] Powermail Conditions & TYPO3 4.5

 From the documentation of powermail_cond (1.0.2):
"All JavaScript work will be handled with jQuery"

I guess jQuery is required (but not included in powermail_cond).

And powermail itself requires jQuery since 1.6.0 if you need JavaScript 
validation.

Prototype and Mootools are not supported in current versions.
