[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 4.3 upgrade

Hi,

I would upgrade at once. Do that in a development machine first and
check the extensions (if there are updates, how compatible those are
etc). Reading the deprecation logs of "in between" versions might be
useful but in my view it's just a waste of time. Simply see and test the
end result.

We've done that dozens of times (even from 3.8 -> 4.5) and didn't had
any problem. The upgrade wizards and DB compare is cumulative, so every
change will be applied anyway.
