[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 4.3 upgrade

I would upgrade 4.3 -> 4.5 -> 4.7.

There's no need to do every single step. But enable and check the 
deprecation log before the first update and after every update. If a 
functionality an extension uses is, let's say, said to be removed in 
4.4, check if there's a new version of that extension available.
