[TYPO3-english] Change the title attribute of a link generated by typo3 (htmlarea and DAM)

Hi all

When I make a link to a file in the RTE (htmlarea rte + dam) and I save the
page, typo3 fills itself the title attribute of the link with : the file
type, the name of the file, the name of the file + ext and the size. *TEXT,
file, file.doc, 13KB*

Is there a way to change this with typoscript ? I would like to set the
title to "Download file.ext (size)"
