[TYPO3-english] first time install

Hi Ross,

normally you copy the content of the dummy package to your webroot (This
contains the missing directory structure).

Afterwards you can link the source like described in your question.

As beginner i suggest you to download a ready to run installation just
to get some impressions ;)
