[TYPO3-english] pdf generator 2 problem with chinese and japanese versions

Hi

I'm building a multi language site where its possible to download a pdf 
version of each page. It works for all languages except for chinese and 
japanese versions. The pdf is showing ??? instead of chinese and 
japanese characters. The site is in utf-8.

Any clues on how to fix this?
