[TYPO3-english] IE Issue with page layout when Typo3 form is inserted

Hi,

I have noticed an issue with webpages created that I have inserted a Typo3
form into, such as a "Contact Us" form. The issue seems to be just when the
page is viewed in IE (7,8 or 9). The page layout suddenly breaks in random
places - only on the pages with a Typo3 form inserted, and only in IE
browsers.

If anyone has an idea of how to fix this display issue, that would be much
appreciated.

I did notice that the code in the header for the "Contact Us" page (or any
page with Typo3 form) in IE, has the following line missing (which is in the
header of all other pages).

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"

So I thought this may have something to do with the issue.....

I have searched through google for help on this, but so far have not found a
solution.

Thanks in advance :)
