[TYPO3-english] Filename length (before...) filemanager?

My customer is using pdf filename which are quite long. In filemanager, the
end of the filename is always truncated and end is replaced by "...".

Because of the length of the files, files cannot be recognized. Is there a
way to get either the full filename or to get more characters before the
"..."?
