[TYPO3-english] problem with uploading an extension to TER with new site

Hi Georg, you are right about security bug, but in my case I find a little bug no security bug, but since new site was published I don't succeed to upload a new version of extension.
I thought this was a my problem but now I see that there aren't any extension since 2 of april.
