[TYPO3-english] mm_forum install: configuration module stuck

Hi - I am installing mm_forum on a new site

After setting up folders and some default forums, folders, etc.. I wanted to 
run the mm_forum module

The mm_forum module starts up with a wizard - all went fine until I had to 
select

Page Comments: Page Comment Forum (The forum that is to be used for page 
comments)

the dropdown shows nothing (see the attached image) - I can also not go back 
or forward with the wizard

Any Help????
