[TYPO3-english] use both Alternative Navigation Title and Navigation Title

Ok - where do I find the Subtitle field - I can't seem to get it in Page > 
Edit view

Under the Title section I have:

Page Title

and

Alternative Navigation Title

- I actually want the Subtitle

I googling this and there's some discussions but I havent found a solution 
yet to get the display of the subtitle back - it must be hidden by default 
now, and it seems the configuration is also difficult to get
