[TYPO3-english] Info on multi language and realurl

Logically speaking, would it be possible to have a site with one  or two 
multilanguage tree only?
I mean whole site will not be multilanguage, except one or two trees.

/intro                     (fixed lang)
/it/catalog/            (it)
/en/catalog/          (en)
/de/catalog/          (de)
/manage               (fixed)
/work                    (fixed)
/show                   (fixed)

The catalog multilingual tree should have the same tree for all 
languages, where one page hosts diferent languages.

Would it be possible also to /make the /it/catalog/ path different?
Can the italian page be /catalog/, while other languages start with 
specific country code?

/catalog/
/en/catalog/
/de/catalog/
