Hi,

no do not copy the directories, just symlink them into the docroot of
your CDN's. Then just configure jareplacer to replace the normal domain
with the cdn domain
(http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/ja_replacer/current/info/readme.txt/)
. If you are using a system where you have to copy the files, I would
suggest  a cronjob rsync the diretories regularyly.
