[TYPO3-english] seo_basic + Alternative Page Language bug in backend?

Hi there,

there's a problem with Alternative Page Language-Elements. The fields 
"<title> Tag:" and "Canonical URL:" aren't shown in "alternative 
page"-elements. In the default-language it is shown.

Tested in Typo3 4.3 and 4.5.
Extension-Reinstall doesn't help.

Does anybody have this problem too? And what's the solution?
