[TYPO3-english] Extra "typo3/Mailto:" added in HTMLAREA

Hello Georg and Björn,

That did it! The problem was the file  typo3/sysext/rtehtmlarea/htmlarea/htmlarea.js and the direct link to the fixed file is:
