[TYPO3-english] Extra "typo3/Mailto:" added in HTMLAREA

Hi everyone,

If I make an email link in HTMLAREA, (ex. <a href="www.blah.ca/typo3/mailto:me at me.com"> ) it adds an extra "typo3/mailto:" causing an obvious broken link (ex. <a href="www.blah.ca/typo3/mailto:/typo3/mailto:me at me.com"> ). If I disable the RTE then I get the normal <link me at me.com> and everything is fine. I read about a patch for HTMLAREA here:

...but that patch is outdated as there's been many revisions since.

Has anybody seen this and/or know what to do/disable?
