[TYPO3-english] File->filelist is missing in 4.5.5

Have you tried the latest version ?  I had some issues with previous
versions like that, and found that later versions fixed it.

Hi all, 

I recently upgraded my typo3 installation to 4.5.5 and the File section is
completely gone now. Has it simply been relocated or is this a bug? I tried
searching Google and didn't find anything about it. 

I'm logged in as admin and it doesn't show up.
