[TYPO3-english] Weird characters on pages

Most of the time it is an issue of the coding of the Database. It often
happens that typo3 is using a different format than the database.
Typo3 can handle that, but if some data is copied directly into the
database the coding is not right.

This issue can only be avoided by converting the Data to the same format
or by some import mysql options if you get external data.
