Well, with Dimitri blogs, I activated log erros, and I saw thath the 
problem was something related with out of memory exceding 33MB...I 
updated in T3 configuration a var about memory (sorry, I'm writing by 
memory), changing it from 0 to 52, and worked.

I'm not sure, sorry, I suppose is correct:

But for the moment, I still don't understand why menu is don't taking 
the CSS, and why flash header doesn't works when rendered from T3.

For the moment I'm taking all the day looking to both sides..TV and TS 
way...and well...I'm sure about one thing...I'm going crazy for moments 
:D I'm downloading wec package as recommended by Andi..to have 3 fronts, 
and become a little more crazy if possible :D
