[TYPO3-english] Third-party video handler recommendation

I have a client with a thousand of videos so far that they'd like to get off
of Alfresco and into an online provider that'll allow for full meta
attributes and bookmarking.

I'm wondering if there's any recommendations for services that can be API'd
into TYPO3, but still provide very full video manipulation on the remote
system.

We're only looking at search and display of the videos on TYPO3. So the
videos can remain managed entirely at the third party.

Your thoughts are appreciated.
