[TYPO3-english] realurl (+ tt_news) and avoiding double slash in URL

That happens because you wanted to have a category in the URL (see your 
config) but it is not set. If it is not set, it gets empty value.

Two solutions:
- swap parameters in the configuration (empty values in the end are removed 
automatically)
- use a separate postVarSet for category

I would go for the second.
