[TYPO3-english] Delete cache of rootline on change

Hi Steffen

Thanks for the information. Of course you're right about my misuse of 
the term rootline, but I'm glad you managed to understand my request :-).

Is it correct that the extension mentioned is not in TER or is TER 
having troubles once more?
