[TYPO3-english] Extension Manager

Yes it is only in German.
Now i deleted the em-l10n-de.zip an received a new one.
After this everything is fine.

- Does it happen only in German?
- Is this related to some outdated l10n files in typo3conf/l10n/de/em ?
If so and if this can be reproduced, this may be a bug ?!?
