[TYPO3-english] Permissions to copy a TemplaVoila-page with content elements

Hi List,

I would like to give a non admin user rights to copy and paste a
TemplaVoila page
inclusive all content elements.

At this moment a page can be copied and pasted and all relevant content
element copies are included. But it's not possible for a user to link
the content
elements to the Page Content.

Does anyone know what permissions a user needs to link content elements inside
a Templavoila content area?
