tstamp is the last modify timestamp of the record itself. In case of a 
page record, it is the last time the page record (page properties) was 
modified.

SYS_LASTCHANGED takes content on a page into account (all content 
elements with no regard to hidden records, access restriction, etc.)

If you want to display the last modified timestamp of a page use 
register:SYS_LASTCHANGED
This value could be modified by extensions to reflect the last update of 
the content shown (e.g. a single view of a record). I don't know how 
many extensions use this however.
