[TYPO3-english] New EM 4.5.7 Problem downloading T3X files

Hello guys,

trying to update an extension is currently not possible via Em, as i
always get the following error.

> Fehler: Datenübertragung fehlgeschlagen. The T3X file could not be fetched. Possible reasons: network problems, allow_url_fopen is off, curl is not enabled in Install tool.

Anyway it seems to be possible to update the extensionlist.
Fetching the translations seems to be impossible too :(

I do have this problem on all my installations (in different computing
centres) with 4.5.7.
