That's not possible. Sprite manager is not included in TYPO3 4.2.

Maybe you're running an extension, which makes use of the sprite manager 
and thus requires at least 4.4 (IIRC)? But this cannot have anything to 
do with moving to another server.

Could you have a look, what the code at this specific line is? It should 
also point you to the extension, from which the ext_tables code comes.
