Concerning the use of Accodion or Tabs or Slides as available in t3 multicontent set up a sub page or even subpages where editors have access. here you create the Ces or flexible content Elements which than get referred to in the multicontent element of the motherpage.

This works also with mtilingual content as long as you create languageversions of the subpages and its elements.

No TS is actually needed to get this working and it works even in workspaces.

Editors have only access to those nonvisible subpages while only the admin or chiefeditor can modify the multicontentelements of those mother pages.
