[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 4.5.3 blank backend

So... I had truncated file names, while you had strange characters 
appended to them...

 > Should those extra bits be on the front of something else, I wonder, 
and will I get other problems presently ... ?

Don't know, sorry...I still believe there should be something wrong in 
the filename encoding, am I wrong?

If I'll encounter other problems, I'll try the .zip package
