[TYPO3-english] pbsurvey

Now I have tried to start all over again.

New folder to hold the questions and a new page to show the 
questionaire. But it is all the same.
When accessing the questionaire page, it goes directly to the thank you 
page.

Why?

If I hide the pbsurvey plugin element I can see the page. But as soon as 
I unhide it I have the problem.

Any ideas?
