[TYPO3-english] Typoscript in a file

That is correct, but there is something to help with the first.

During development I put:

admPanel.override.tsdebug.forceTemplateParsing = 1

into the TSconfig of my user. As long as I am logged into the backend, I do not have to clear the cache each time I save those external TS files.
