[TYPO3-english] Can't see new extension

[Colin & Maureen Pridham]

Hi Andi,

  It's the WEC Discussion Forum 2.1.1 extension that I found in the download
list from the main typo3 repository.
I see it in the list as a front end extension, but I'm not sure how to use
it in my back end
As I'm building my site.
