[TYPO3-english] Newbie import/export question

Hi all,

Little question. Is there such a thing as a "site export" feature in Typo3
that I can use to export a site I've made on my localhost to a real hosted
webspace with all the same settings and parameters I had on my localhost?
The only thing I would have to change once uploaded is my domain name in the
settings and that's it.

Basically, is there an import/export feature of this kind in Typo3?
