Why do you say that? How do you do things now? If you are doing anything 
serious with PHP without a well setup debugging environment you are 
probably wasting serious hours. I can recall dozens of cases where 
someone on #typo3 asked for help about something they couldn't solve for 
days just to have me plug a debugger into it and solve the issue in 
minutes. Not to mention that the whole thing can be setup in minutes...
