[TYPO3-english] Once more: realurl, single-domain, multi-root

Hi list,
excuse me for writing once more, but I couldn't solve our problems.
Is it possible to set up a single-domain, multi-root site only with realURL, or have we to use more extensions like aoe_realurlpath?
Productiv-site with realurl v1.7.0 and aoe_realurlpath is working. All uris are shown as http://host.domain/site.
I try to attach a screenshot of our testing site, only realURL in use. This configuration only shows START (PID 0). Shortcuts at the beginning are used for building navigation.
