[TYPO3-english] Permit to an user group create and edit records but not delete

I also found this extension: Content Access and Extended Interface
Control ( tm_contentaccess ) but it was Checked against Typo3
4.0.11,4.1.9 and 4.2.5.

Someone there have used this extension before?
