[TYPO3-english] BE Users language

Hi,

AFAIK the language from User Settings is stored in the uc field of the 
be_user record.
The language you directly set in the record (field lang) is only taken 
as "default", if uc is empty and so uc is filled up on first login.
uc should be a serialized array, so you could probably write a script 
that changes all BE-users.
