This is a setting. You see my link on how to change this. Mind that pageTS 
means, you have to go to the page properties of a page and add it to the 
setup field there.
UserTS is the same thing in a backend user group.

You can either install an extension (use the one provided by the 
Introduction Package or use perfectlightbox).
Or you just add some JavaScript from any framework which includes a lightbox 
script and triggers by the lightbox attribute.
