[TYPO3-english] Language Flags in Backend and Frontend in TYPO3 4.5.0rc1

Hi All

Does anybody know if now all Language Flags are available i.e. also
Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam etc as in previous releases they were not
available by default and you had to install the sys_language flags package
to be able to choose them. How can we get those flags show up in the backend
as the language files right now show only a Globe in a Hand for all
languages! in the Translation column!

Second question is concerning the frontend. Can those flags be used in the
frontend or do we need to install additional flag sets again!
If it is now possible to use the integrated sprite flags than it would be
good to know how! Thanks?
