[TYPO3-english] CoolURI: Simulate index.html and merge two segments

Hello,

I have two general questions about CoolURI Extension.

1.) Is it possible to simulate an index.html file? For example:
domain.com/blah/index.html
instead of
domain.com/blah.html

2.) Is it possible to merge two segments?
When I have two different GET-Parameter:
index.php?ext1[name]=Armin&ext1[gender]=Male

I want something like:
domain.com/blubb/armin-male.html

I think CoolURI has more possibilities than RealURL and a very much better  
documentaion!
These two questions are unsolved for me in RealURL too ;-)
