[TYPO3-english] [TYPO3-v4] Announcing TYPO3 4.5.0beta4

Hi Ernesto

When you click LIST after installing the Versioen Beta 4 you receive a FATAL
ERROR

Uncaught TYPO3 Exception
*#1270853879: TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "perm" was NOT loaded!*

BadFunctionCallException thrown in file
/var/a1/t/typo3_src-4.5.0beta4/t3lib/class.t3lib_extmgm.php in line 162.

Better check this first bevore you release it
