[TYPO3-english] cHash in 4.4

Hi Georg,

thanks for the tip. Here was the problem I ran into.

We can easily strip the cHash from the URLs by removing that config from the cooluri xml config file.

that created a problem - pagethrough's on tt_news LIST/LATEST pages stop working. no matter what page we tried to move to 20-30, 30-40, etc. it would only display the view for 1-10 (first 10 articles).

I'm certain I inquired to this list as to a work around but no viable solution was offered so we kept the cHash. If there is a solution we'd love to strip the cHash moving forward.

in the end we've fixed our problem by modifying the routine in the core (trimming the last 22 characters of the cHash). All of our clients old links now work again. Of course we recognize that if we update Typo3 we'll have to re-modify but that's a lot simpler solution than telling our clients they need to fix URL's in places they are probably not even aware of (bookmarks, googles, social network pages, etc.).

regards,
doug
